XCloser ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by KYALAR IT. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our application and Chrome extension.

1. Information We Collect

XCloser Application

• Account information (name, email address) when you sign up
• Organization and business data you enter into the platform
• Sales data including prospects, contacts, deals, and campaign information
• Email campaign data including recipient email addresses and delivery status
• Usage data and analytics to improve the platform

Chrome Extension (XCloser LinkedIn Enrichment)

• Publicly visible LinkedIn profile data including name, headline, work experience, skills, education, and location
• This data is only collected when explicitly triggered by the user through the XCloser Staffing Agent
• No data is collected from pages other than linkedin.com/in/ profile pages
• No browsing history, passwords, or personal communications are collected

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the XCloser platform
• To analyze and score job candidates through the Staffing Agent
• To send email campaigns on your behalf through Resend
• To provide AI-powered features such as proposal writing, email personalization, and candidate analysis
• To improve our services and user experience

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. We share data only with:

• Supabase -- database hosting and authentication
• Resend -- email delivery for campaigns
• Anthropic (Claude AI) -- AI-powered analysis and content generation
• Tavily -- web search for candidate discovery
• Vercel -- application hosting

These services process data solely to provide their functionality to XCloser. No data is shared for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies
• All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
• Each organization's data is isolated and only accessible to authorized members
• The Chrome extension does not store any data locally -- all extracted data is sent directly to the XCloser API

5. Email Campaigns

• Campaign emails are sent through Resend on your behalf
• Recipients can unsubscribe via the unsubscribe link included in every campaign email
• Unsubscribed contacts are automatically excluded from future campaigns
• We track email delivery status (sent, delivered, bounced) through Resend

6. Your Rights

• You can request deletion of your account and all associated data
• You can export your data at any time
• You can unsubscribe from any email communications
• You can uninstall the Chrome extension at any time, which immediately stops all LinkedIn data collection

7. Chrome Extension Specific

• The extension only reads data from LinkedIn profile pages (linkedin.com/in/*)
• It does not modify any LinkedIn pages or data
• It does not access any other websites
• It does not run in the background -- it only activates when triggered by the XCloser application
• All collected data is sent to your XCloser organization account and is subject to the same data policies

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
